Created during WWII (December 1st 1941)Civil Air Patrol is a non profit organization that is part of the United states Air-force Auxiliary. We hold weekly meetings that are built on teaching Cadets, ages 12 - 18: Cadet programs, such as Basic drill, Moral Leadership, Teamwork, Communication skills, Leadership skills, and other appendices that create a better, self disciplined person that will be better prepared for their future! We also teach Aerospace Education, which deals with aspects of Space environment, rocketry, jet propulsion, weather, air environment, aircraft and many other aerospace activities. Civil Air Patrol also inducts in Emergency Services, being in which we assist in natural disasters, search and rescue, CPR, etc. Civil Air Patrol is a Voluntary Activity so not only are you benefiting your future, you are also serving your community while at the same time learning more than the average person and having a blast!
